Discount Coupon Purchase: Courses purchased using a discount coupon or promotional offer are eligible for an 80% refund or store credit (at your choice), provided less than 20% of the content has been viewed and other conditions are met.
Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the content due to technical issues (e.g., videos not playing, content inaccessible) and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, a 100% refund will be provided (for both full price and discount coupon purchases).
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If you have viewed 20% or more of the course content (based on total video duration or number of modules).
If any study materials, PDFs, or other files have been downloaded.
If the refund request is made after 72 hours from the purchase.
If the refund request is due to personal preference (e.g., “I didn’t like the course”) without any technical or quality-related issues.
3. Defective Content or Technical Issues
If the content is defective (e.g., videos not playing, incomplete content), please notify us immediately. We will attempt to resolve the issue within 48 hours. If the issue is not resolved, you will be eligible for a 100% refund, regardless of whether the purchase was made with a discount coupon or if more than 20% of the content was viewed.
